What we collect and why
Candidate registration covers contact details, role preferences, professional experience, qualifications and a PDF CV up to 2 MB. It is for adults submitting their own profile. We use this information for private review and recruitment contact.
Storage and access
The website runs on Vercel; enabled business enquiries use private Neon storage in Singapore. Overseas processing requires separate consent. Only authorized operators may access records; there is no public profile directory or public file link. CVs are stored privately with candidate records and can only be downloaded by signed-in administrators.
Recruitment, sharing and research are separate
Candidate consent covers private review and recruitment contact only. Before any disclosure to an employer, we must identify the recipient, contact, purpose and data involved and obtain separate consent. Registration does not authorize marketing, publication or research reuse. No automated hiring decision is made.
Retention and your rights
Initial enquiry records are reviewed for deletion within 180 days. Completed service records may have separate legally required retention periods; those will be specified before the relevant service begins. Request access, correction, withdrawal, export or deletion through the privacy email. We verify the request proportionately without asking for unnecessary identity documents. Withdrawal does not undo lawful prior processing.
Measurement and contact
The site emits page and action events within the browser, without personal form values. No third-party analytics collector is installed by this update. The form saves an enquiry reference; saving does not prove email delivery. Send privacy questions or complaints to the contact above.
