What we collect
We collect the information you enter in the selected inquiry form and any optional CV or photo you upload. Please do not submit passports, identity numbers, bank details or sensitive documents.
Why we collect it
Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, assess requested support and coordinate relevant next steps. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Candidate profile sharing
Candidate forms request consent to store and share a professional profile with suitable education employers for recruitment. Sharing is coordinated by TFI; this site does not automatically send profiles to employers. Other inquiry forms do not authorize recruitment sharing.
Children and young people
A parent or guardian must submit inquiries for students under 18 and confirm they are authorized to provide the information.
Storage and retention
Submissions and attachments are stored in private server storage, outside the public website. The retention period is 180 days unless an active service arrangement requires otherwise.
Access, correction or deletion
Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Include your submission reference, not additional identity documents. TFI will verify the request before taking action.
Analytics and cookies
This version does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Future integrations must be disclosed before activation.
