Education partnerships

Define responsibilities before developing a program

Separate academic authority, local coordination and recruitment responsibilities before discussing delivery.

Establish the academic owner

Identify who owns the curriculum, admissions decisions, teaching and assessment. Verify qualification claims with the awarding institution. A commercial introduction is not evidence of an academic agreement.

Set a workable scope

Agree the market, audience, service boundaries and approval process for public information. Keep representation, recruitment support and teaching delivery distinct. Do not publish fees or intake dates until the responsible provider confirms them.

Start with a reviewable pilot

Choose a limited scope, named owners and review criteria. Discuss information handling and complaints before collecting enquiries. Evaluate the pilot against the agreed objectives before widening the partnership.

Practical editorial guidance, not a survey, market forecast or legal opinion. No private candidate data was used.
